the house

The house is on Geographe Bay Road - the road running along the beach in Dunsborough. Across from the house is a walking track through the bushes to the beach. The house has full security systems and is safe for children. There is a boatshed at the back equipped with bikes, and a double car garage at the front.

the bedrooms

There are six bedrooms (three queen bedrooms and three rooms with two single beds each). At the rear of the house is a self-contained flat with a kitchenette and ensuite. There are three bathrooms - two having double showerheads, and one with a massage spa!

features

One of the house's best features is the upstairs jarrah decking overlooking Geographe Bay. This is the most gorgeous setting to relax in - we've even had a wedding reception held there!

the living spaces

All of the above photos were taken of the upstairs living area. There is a lounge room upstairs with 80cm TV and DVD/Surround Sound System (and outdoor speakers to the patio).

The reverse-cycle air-conditioner means even when the sun is beaming down, you'll be comfortably cool in summer and toasty warm in winter.

The kitchen is entirely fitted out with marri wood, and the ceiling of the living room is lined beautifully in rosewood.

The small touches such as the espresso machine and various kitchen gagdets make life so easy, you'll never want to head home.

The downstairs games room has a pool table, an air-hockey table, bar fridge, TV and Playstation II, DVD player and kitchenette.
